No surprises at pickup. You’ll know the vehicle class before we arrive, and we don’t swap last-minute unless there’s a genuine issue — and then we upgrade, not downgrade.
Vetted partner vehicles when needed. On rare occasions, we may use a trusted partner for peak times. They must meet the same standard: late-model, black-on-black, commercially insured, professional chauffeurs.
Maintenance and cleanliness. Vehicles are regularly inspected and cleaned between rides, with special attention for airport and corporate trips.
